The journey of life is not easy and sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, depressed, anxious or just not happy with ourselves or our lives. We may feel isolated and alone with our problems and unable to share or receive support from friends and family maybe because they are too close and unable to be objective, or we fear judgement or criticism.

I offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental and empathetic space to build a caring and effective therapeutic relationship, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a confidential environment. You will have the opportunity to express concerns and problems, and achieve better clarity of thought. Through gaining a better self-understanding we become more self accepting and kinder to ourselves. This allows life to flow more easily and to become more fulfilling.

In my role as a volunteer counsellor at The Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre in Crawley I have experience working with people bereaved by or diagnosed with cancer and those whose lives are affected by it.

I am constantly working on my own self-improvement through continuing personal development in order to offer the most up to date and effective therapy available.

I work with wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-worth and relationship issues.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to see if I am the right therapist for you to get the most from your counselling journey.

As well as working as a counsellor, I am also a health coach specialising in treating and managing chronic illness.
