Can counselling help me?
There’s times in life when we can feel stuck or lost and overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, our relationships and circumstances. There’s times when we are at a crossroads uncertain of which direction to take and times when we really don’t know who we are anymore or when we know we have to change patterns of behaviour and find the courage to make significant changes to our lives.
Talking to a counsellor can help us to make changes and find a path forward. Working together with a counsellor can help us to find clarity and a better relationship with ourselves and others.
All our counsellors provide clients with a space to be themselves and to be heard and acknowledged. We passionately believe therapy can change lives.
Why Seek Counselling?
We believe that counselling can help people to change and to overcome issues that might otherwise seem overwhelming. Seeking counselling support can help overcome problems like anxiety, depression, addiction, anger management, OCD, phobias, relationship difficulties and bereavement. Sometimes we don’t know what it is that we are feeling burdened by and therapy can help us to make sense of that too.
People of all ages just sometimes need someone they can talk to who isn’t family or a friend and a counsellor offers just that. Someone who is qualified and experienced and can offer a therapeutic partnership whatever you want to bring to a session.
All of our team are experienced, qualified person-centred counsellors and members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in partnership with clients offering kindness, curiosity and empathy at the heart of their practice.
